We make every effort to ensure that each bouquet reflects the style, color palette, and aesthetics shown in the photos as closely as possible. However, since we work with fresh flowers, natural variations in shade, size, or shape may occur.

When placing an order, you can choose a specific delivery date and time slot. Orders placed by 6:00 PM are processed the same day.

You can also place orders in advance to ensure the bouquet is ready for an important occasion.

With proper care, a bouquet stays fresh for 3 to 7 days, and often even longer. We recommend changing the water regularly, trimming the stems, and avoiding direct sunlight.

We deliver flowers throughout Warsaw and to selected locations in the surrounding areas. We deliver bouquets to private homes, offices, hotels, restaurants, and special events.

If you are unsure whether we serve a specific address or need express flower delivery in Warsaw, contact us — we will be happy to help.

If the recipient is not present at the specified address, refuses to accept the order, or if the delivery cannot be completed within the selected time slot, the order will be returned to Flower Bar. It can be collected in person within 24 hours or redelivered for an additional fee.

In the case of non-collection or an unsuccessful redelivery attempt, the cost of the order is non-refundable.

If the recipient agrees, the courier may leave the order in another location arranged with the recipient/orderer, such as at the apartment door or with security. Once delivered in this manner, Flower Bar is not responsible for any potential loss or damage to the package.
