PAYMENT
At Flower Bar, we strive to make every transaction as convenient as possible for you. We offer various payment methods:
- Online payments: fast and secure via Paynow (including BLIK)
- PayPal
- Credit/debit card payment

After making the transfer, please send the payment confirmation to the email address: info@flowerbar.pl, which will speed up the processing of your order.
DELIVERY
Where do we deliver?
We offer delivery within Warsaw and its immediate surroundings (up to 25 km from our store).
We deliver 7 days a week from 10:00 to 21:00.
Place your order by 18:00, and we will deliver it the same day to the specified address within Warsaw. Availability of dates (day and time slots) can be checked in the Cart.
Delivery cost:
- Warsaw: 27 zł
- Warsaw surroundings (up to 25 km from our store): cost determined individually. After placing the order, you will receive a link to pay any difference in delivery costs.
Personal pickup: 0 zł

Pickup hours:
Mon-Sat: 09:30-19:00
Sun: 9:30-18:00
To choose personal pickup, first select “Courier delivery – Warsaw” to activate the calendar. You can select the personal pickup option during order finalization.
Orders are usually ready for pickup within 2-4 hours. When your order is ready, we will contact you by email or phone.

What happens if the recipient is not at the specified address?
If the recipient is absent at the specified address, refuses to accept the order, or delivery cannot be made within the chosen time slot, the order returns to Flower Bar. Personal pickup is possible within 24 hours or redelivery for an additional fee.
If the order is not picked up or redelivery fails, the order costs are non-refundable.
If the recipient agrees, the courier may leave the order in another agreed location with the recipient/orderer, e.g., at the apartment door or with security. After delivery in this way, Flower Bar is not responsible for any loss or damage to the shipment.
