Flower Bar delivers flowers across Warsaw and to areas within 25 km of our flower shop in Praga-Południe. Order by 6 PM and we'll deliver your bouquet today. We deliver 7 days a week, Sundays included, from 10 AM to 9 PM. You choose the delivery date and time slot in your cart.

Frequently asked questions about flower delivery
Do you deliver flowers in Warsaw on the same day?
Yes. Orders placed by 6 PM are delivered the same day, subject to the time slots available in your cart.

Do you deliver flowers on Sundays?
Yes. We deliver 7 days a week, including Sundays, from 10 AM to 9 PM.
How much does flower delivery in Warsaw cost?
27 PLN within Warsaw. For areas within 25 km of the shop, the cost is set individually, approximately 27–120 PLN. In-store pickup is free.
Do you deliver outside Warsaw?
Yes, to places within 25 km of our flower shop. For addresses further away, call us and we'll check the options.
Can I get a photo of the bouquet before delivery?
Yes. Just mention it in the order notes and we'll send you a photo of the finished bouquet before it goes out.
Can I add a greeting card to the bouquet?
Yes. Enter your message in the order and we'll add a handwritten card in an envelope.
Can I order flowers to Warsaw from abroad?
Yes, many of our customers order from abroad. You can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and our team speaks Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian.
How long does a bouquet stay fresh?
With proper care, 3 to 7 days, often longer. Change the water, trim the stems and keep the flowers out of direct sunlight. Every bouquet is made to order, so nothing sits around waiting to be sold.
How quickly can I pick up my order?
Usually within 2–4 hours of placing your order. We'll contact you when it's ready.
What happens if the recipient isn't at the address?
- If the recipient is absent, refuses the order, or delivery cannot be completed in the chosen time slot due to the Buyer, the order returns to Flower Bar.
- The order can be picked up in person within 24 hours, or redelivered for an additional fee.
- If delivery cannot be completed for reasons on the Buyer's or recipient's side (e.g. wrong address, absence, refusal), Flower Bar may charge the Buyer for redelivery. Because fresh flowers are perishable, an order not collected within 24 hours of a failed delivery attempt will not be re-made or refunded.
- If the recipient agrees, the courier may leave the flowers in another agreed place (e.g. at the door or with building security). After such delivery, Flower Bar is not responsible for any damage or loss.
Please provide the correct address and the recipient's phone number. Redelivery costs caused by incorrect details are borne by the Buyer.
