Ordering from abroad?

Many of our customers send flowers to loved ones in Warsaw from other countries. You can pay with a card issued abroad, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Prices are in Polish złoty (PLN), and your bank or PayPal handles the currency conversion. Our team speaks Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian.

Frequently asked questions about payment

Is online payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, Przelewy24 and PayPal, and your card details never reach us. Your bank may also ask you to confirm card payments in its app.

When does my order go into preparation?

With online payment (BLIK, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Przelewy24), right after payment. With a bank transfer, once we receive the payment confirmation.

Which payment should I choose for same-day delivery?

BLIK, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The payment is confirmed instantly, so an order placed by 6 PM will be delivered today.

Can I pay later?

Yes, by choosing Klarna at checkout. You'll see the exact pay-later terms after selecting this method.

Can I pay with a foreign card?

Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro cards issued abroad, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices are in PLN and your bank handles the conversion.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are covered by our refund policy. The refund goes back to the payment method you used for the order.
