General information.
- The Administrator of personal data collected via the FLOWERBAR.PL online store is Anastasiya Klimenka, conducting business activity Flower Bar Anastasiya Kliemenka with its registered office in Warsaw, 03-808, ul. Mińska 25A/65, NIP:1132914269, REGON:387334770 (hereinafter: "Administrator").

- This Privacy Policy applies to every entity using the online store (hereinafter: "User").
Rules for handling personal data.
- The Administrator collects personal data voluntarily provided by the User in connection with their use of the FLOWERBAR.PL domain and placing orders via the online store located on this domain.
- The User's personal data is protected in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter: "GDPR") and applicable national and community regulations.
- The Administrator processes personal data provided by the User in connection with their use of the FLOWERBAR.PL domain. Personal data collected by the Administrator includes:
- User's first and last name,
- User's e-mail address,
- delivery address,
- User's phone number,
- User's bank account number,
- in the case of persons conducting business activity and requesting an invoice: the User's VAT identification number (NIP) and the address of their business activity.
- The Administrator may also process information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
- The exact scope of personal data collected by the Administrator depends on the data provided by the User themselves and the payment method chosen by them for the order.
- Personal data may be shared by the Administrator with third parties for the purpose of order fulfillment – in particular, this data may be transferred to the carrier chosen by the User when placing the Order.
- The Administrator processes personal data for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract concluded between them and the User via the FLOWERBAR.PL domain, as well as for pursuing and defending against claims arising from it.
- The legal basis for data processing is:
- Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. (b) GDPR – as the processing of personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract with the data subject.
- Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. (f) – as the data processing is necessary for the defense of the legal interest of the Administrator, which consists in pursuing and defending against claims arising from executed contracts.
- The Administrator processes personal data until the contract concluded with the User is fulfilled. After this period, the Administrator processes this data in archival form – until the expiration of limitation periods for claims arising from or related to the contract concluded with the User (usually: for 2 years from the date of contract fulfillment).
- The User has the right to access their personal data, correct it, and request its restriction or deletion. The User also has the right to object to data processing and the right to request the transfer of their data.
- The User has the right to file a complaint about the processing of their data by the Administrator to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
Information about cookies.
- The FLOWERBAR.PL online Store uses cookies.
- Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, especially text files, stored on the User's end device and intended for use with the FLOWERBAR.PL online Store. These files usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device, and a unique number.
- The entity placing cookies on the User's end device and accessing them is the Administrator or entities cooperating with them.

Server logs.
- Information about some User behaviors is logged at the server layer. This data is used solely for service administration and to ensure the most efficient provision of hosting services.
- Browsed resources are identified by URLs. Additionally, the following may be recorded:
- request arrival time,
- response sending time,
- the name of the client station – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
- information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,
- the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – in case the transition to the Service occurred via a link,
- information about the user's browser,
- Information about the IP address.
- The above data is not associated with specific individuals browsing the sites.
- The above data is used solely for server administration purposes.
