Living in London, Berlin, Dublin or New York, while someone you love in Warsaw has a birthday, an anniversary, or you simply miss them? You can send flowers to Warsaw from anywhere in the world in a few minutes – order by 6 PM Warsaw time and they'll arrive the same day. Here's how, step by step.
Step 1. Choose a bouquet
Every bouquet is made to order from fresh, seasonal flowers on the day of delivery, at our flower shop on ul. Mińska 31A in Praga-Południe. The photos show the arrangement we'll prepare; the exact flowers may vary slightly with the season, but the style and colours stay the same.

- Flowers in a box – no vase needed, perfect when you're not sure the recipient has one.
- Roses and 101 roses – for anniversaries, proposals and big gestures.
Step 2. Pick the delivery date and time
At checkout you choose the delivery day and time slot. We deliver 7 days a week, including Sundays, from 10 AM to 9 PM. Orders placed by 6 PM Warsaw time are delivered the same day – usually that's 5 PM in London and 12 noon in New York. You can also order ahead for a specific date, such as a birthday.
Step 3. Add the recipient's address and phone number
We need the full address (flat number, door code, or company name if the flowers are going to an office) and the recipient's phone number. The courier will call when it helps the delivery – for example, to find the right entrance – or if there's a problem.
We never share the sender's details: neither the courier nor our team will tell the recipient who sent the flowers. If you'd like them to know, sign your name on the card.
Step 4. Add a personal message
Type your message at checkout and we'll handwrite it on a card that comes with the bouquet – free of charge. You can write in English, Polish, Ukrainian or Russian.
Step 5. Pay the way you like
We accept international Visa, Mastercard and Amex cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices are in Polish złoty (PLN); your bank or PayPal handles the currency conversion.
Frequently asked questions
Will the flowers arrive the same day?
Yes, if you order by 6 PM Warsaw time and there's a free time slot for that day at checkout.
How much does delivery cost?
27 PLN anywhere in Warsaw. For towns within 25 km, the cost is set individually (approx. 27–120 PLN).
Will the recipient know who sent the flowers?
Only if you sign the card. The courier and our team never reveal the sender's details – even if the recipient asks.
What if the recipient isn't home?
The courier will try to reach the recipient by phone. If that doesn't work, the flowers return to our shop and can be collected within 24 hours, or redelivered for an extra fee. That's why an up-to-date phone number matters.
Can I pay in euros, pounds or dollars?
You pay by card or PayPal in any currency; the amount is converted from PLN by your bank or PayPal.
Can I get a VAT invoice for my company?
Yes. Add your company details and VAT number with the order, or email info@flowerbar.pl.
